Before the fashion world is completely on to Fall with NYFW, I want to finish my picks for Spring ’12. So far, my favorite spring trends are clutches, wedges and solid dresses… and only two remain – printed dresses and pants.
It’s not a secret that I love everything about dresses – their ease of wear is just incomparable. And while I love solid dresses and the ability to over-accessorize, printed dresses are a great statement piece that need minimal accessories. There is no definitive hem length this year for dresses, so here are some of my favorite options in differing lengths.
Short
Cacharel ‘Tulle,’ $995, Saks
Meadow Rue ‘Minutiae Dropwaist,’ $128, Anthropologie
Mid
Sariah by Sariah Carson ‘Conspicuous Shell,’ $188, Anthropologie
Rebecca Taylor ‘Garden Flower Flutter,’ $375, Shopbop
Long
Burberry Prorsum ‘Printed Dress,’ $1495, Saks
xhilaration ‘6 degrees color block,’ $24.99, Target
